My wife and I would like to thank you and your team for looking after Ollie during our recent trip to the USA. As this was our first time we had used your facilities we were both unsure and I guess a little nervous how it would all work out. To our pleasant surprise,  everything we had heard from other people  and from what we had read, Calabash Kennels exceeded our expectations. You have a very caring staff and Ollie seemed to love his stay with you and meeting all his new friends. At the end of our evenings in the USA, we enjoyed looking through your postings of all the fantastic photos and trying to pick put Ollie and see what he was up to. We were concerned about the bush fire situation, but very impressed by the professional manner in which you managed the situation and the way you communicated to all your customers. When we picked Ollie up, we met a couple of your staff and they were very impressive about how they spoke about their job and love for their “tenants”. Linda and the team are very professional and caring, we would recommend Calabash to any pet lover who is particular about who they choose to take care of their pets. Just wanted to thank Calabash kennels for the outstanding care of our caboodle, Oscar, during the last Christmas holidays. He was obviously well fed, played with and given many cuddles! The photos on line were a great way to see the fun that he was having. Linda’s suggestion of a taxi home for Oscar, so that he would be there on our return in the afternoon, was really appreciated. I just wanted to say a big thank you to yourself and Jenny whom my husband and I met last Monday for your honest opinion about whether we should kennel our 11 yr old Kelpie X and Goldie with yourselves. After our conversation and subsequent inspection of your beautiful kennels we took Wilson our 11yr old down to the vets for an assessment and chat re kennelling v Home Sitter. The vet was of the same opinion as yourself that a Home Sitter at this stage would be more comfortable for Wilson as his sight is going and he is starting to get confused. So this is what we have decided to do. I would have no hesitation in bringing our Goldie to you if the need ever arose in the future and will happily recommend your establishment to anyone that asks for a recommendation. I just want to say a huge thank you for caring for Benson over the past two weeks. He came home a very happy dog, which is reflective of the love and care he received in our absence.
